specializes in the care of diabetic patients. He is board certified in wound
management and is a Fellow in the College of Certified Wound Specialists.

limb and tissue salvage as a priority.

care Dr. Starinski is also trained in hyperbaric medicine and certified by
the National Board of Diving and Hyperbaric Medical Technology. Dr.
Starinski was previously the medical director at a wound and hyperbaric
oxygen center in the Pocono area.
